North Coast Amateur Radio Club   Trustee Minutes for November 10, 2011 Meeting.   Called to order at 6:41 PM  1841  By Dan KB8A   In Attendance 07 Trustee's and 04 Officers in attendance   Approval of the Minutes as published motion, No Minutes published   Reading of the Treasurer's Report  Read by K8MLS Marylou   COMMITTEE REPORTS   Field Day:  N.C.A.R.C.  -  *** Number 1 ***   in the Country for 5A Battery   Technical:   Discussion conducted by WB8RNI in regards to modification to repeater system.   2 meter net:  Nothing to report   Donut Duty:  Jan / 2012, Tom WD8EFK,   Feb - Fred WB8UDA,   Mar - Fred N8AHS                        Apr - Hank WB8RNI,   May - Mary KD8NGC,   Jun - Joe N8QXC   Programs:  Elections all officers and 3 trustee's   Committee's with no reports:  Awards, Fund Raising, Membership, Sunshine, Newsletter.   Old Business:  Discussing the new meeting place.  Dan found a new location at a library in Brunswick                          on the north side of 303.                            Motion by Mary  KD8NGC that the new monthly meeting location be at  Medina County                          Public Library in Brunswick 3649 Center Road.  Starting in January 2012.                            2nd by Hank WB8RNI - discussion followed, vote taken motion carried.     New Business:  Christmas Meeting Location Mike's Bar and Grill. 130 Front St. in Berea.                             Fred will contact and make arrangements. 12/08/11     A Motion to adjourn the Trustee meeting  by Mary KD8NGC 2ND by Fred WB8UDA    Vote taken, motion passed.     Meeting Adjourned at 7:21 pm  19:21 EST    *** AMATEURS IN ATTENDANCE -  ***   K8MLS, KB8A, WD8EFF, WB8UDA, WB8RNI, KD8NGC, N8AHS, WB8CYI, N8QXC, KD8QMV, WD8EFK

North Coast Amateur Radio Club   GENERAL MEETING MINUTES   Called to order at 19:22 By Dan KB8A   Fred WB8UDA makes a motion to suspend Normal meeting activities and proceed to program.     2ND by Mary KD8NGC  - Vote taken motion carried.   Nominations for Officers and 3 trustee openings   For President a nomination was submitted for Dan KB8A.     No other nomination for President was presented,    Dan accepted the nomination.     For Vice-President a nomination was submitted for Tom WD8EFF.     No other nomination for Vice-President was presented.     Tom accepted the nomination.   For Treasure a nomination was submitted for MaryLou K8MLS.     No other nomination for Treasure was presented.    MaryLou accepted the nomination.   For Secretary a nomination was submitted for Heidi WD8EFK.     No other nomination for Secretary was presented.     Heidi accepted the nomination.    Nominations for Trustee's submitted were (1) K8RDK Bob, (2) KB8SPR Alberta. (3) WB8RNI Hank.     No additional nominations were presented.   All accepted the nomination.   Since there were no other nominations by Acclimation the Election is closed.    A Motion to adjourn the General meeting  by Mary KD8NGC 2ND by Fred WB8UDA    Vote taken, motion passed   MEETING CLOSED AT 19:41pm   *** AMATEURS IN ATTENDANCE ***       K8MLS, KB8A, WD8EFF, WB8UDA, WB8RNI, KD8NGC, N8AHS, WB8CYI, N8QXC, KD8QMV, WD8EFK.
