They both have a lot in common!
** Neither understand that consumers control 2/3 of
this nations ecomony!
** Neither understand the pressures of Retail Business!
** They both want Ohio Businesses to pay more taxes!
** They both want the Ohio Consumers to pay higher
prices when shopping at Ohio Retail Stores!
** They both do not have a plan to get the Ohio Consumer
back into the Ohio Retail Store which is severely effecting the economic recovery/strength within Ohio .
** They are both opposed to any tax decreases, even if
it would save Ohio Businesses and/or Ohio jobs.
** They both blame "tax-loop-holes", but they created
them by having business taxes too high in the first
place. When a "Tax-Credit" is given to a Company,
the State/County REIMBURSES those "lost" revenues
from other tax revenues sources, which are kept higher
than they need to be (it's like robbing Peter to pay Paul).
BIG BUSINESS has learned that they can tell the State
that if they don't get those "tax-credits", they are leaving
or, are not coming to the State of Ohio! Whenever the
State/County "caves-in" to that "tax-credit", someone
in Politics takes "the-credit" for saving/creating jobs
in this State! That's the Ohio Department of Development
and the 625 Projects and 100,000 jobs saved/created
being advertised during this years Governors race.
As more "Projects" are approved, it forces to keep
taxes for other Ohio businesses, as well as, the Ohio
Individual Taxpayers, to either be increased, or to
remain higher than they needed to be.
** They have both not given the Ohio Voter a solution
to the State of Ohio Budget-Crisis.
** If either one of them say "WE NEED TO INVEST",
it really means that they want to RAISE TAXES for
most, so they can give it to a few!
Be sure to VOTE on November 5th.
