       The State of Ohio Government and Reality
                 They have nothing in common!

  DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR LEGISLATORS IN COLUMBUS, OHIO ARE DOING?

  Your Legislators, are trying to pass/change LAWS, right now, to:
  **  When you lease a car, require you to pay 100% of the Sales-Tax up front!
        *** The above Signed by Governor Bob Taft on December 13th of 2001 ***
                    (See H.B. 405) - This will become LAW ON FEBRUARY 1, 2002!
                    (This also applied to all leases for equipment used in Businesses)
  **  Create NEW taxation, for those who have TRUST-FUNDS!
  **  Change wording in existing law, to steer any "NEW" lottery monies, into the
             General Fund instead of the Ohio School System!
  **  Require "out-of-state" retailers to charge you the Ohio Use-Tax!
  **  Require Ohio Businesses to collect the Use-Tax from their out-of-state
             customers, which would lose those sales, that they need to survive!

  Your Legislators have already increased your Gas and Electric Bills, with NEW
  Ohio Taxation, starting this coming February!  This was done without your Vote!

  Your Legislators desire to keep Ohio Businesses non-competitive with Ohio
  consumers.  The State of Ohio does not understand the "Power of the
  Consumer", nor do they respect the opinion of the voter.

  Through their stubbornness of 1936 laws, they will cause many more Ohio
  businesses to close, losing many Ohio citizens, their jobs.

  Ohio Government should be trying to strengthen their Ohio businesses, to
  create more higher income jobs, not continue to weaken them, by requiring
  them to pay high taxes, even though they can't make a profit.

  All of this is being done, WITHOUT YOUR VOTE!

  It's time to make a CLEAN-SWEEP, of the entire Ohio Government.  They are
  not a Government, for the people, by the people.  It is NOT a Republican or
  Democrat issue.  It's an issue that no one there is listening, or, thinking about,
  what effects that their old/new laws has/will had/have within the State of Ohio.

  Ohio Government does not believe in "Equal Opportunity" for business, nor
  do they respect fairness in taxation.  Ohio Government ASSUMES that
  consumers (individuals and businesses) within Ohio, will always buy within
  Ohio.  Ohio Government hurts its own Ohio Businesses, thereby, directly
  affecting the ability of emploment opportunities within the State.

  If your Representative/Senator can't explain to you why the State of Ohio
  thinks the above issues are reasonable, without your vote, its time to replace
  that lawmaker with someone else, at election time, and put the control of State
  Government, back with the citizens of this State.
